After 28 years of full time practice…here’s what you need to know.

“Motion Is The Potion And The Lotion”                                                                       And You Can’t Move… Until You Move.

Each and every day …stand tall, walk, move your arms and legs equally. Get some rhythm in your walk. Get a great gait

Find where you are tight, loosen it up… use a tennis ball, foam roller or loved one with kind, yet firm hands.

Work on strengthening. Weight, rubber bands, kettle bells, body weight exercises.

You’re either working out or you’ll eventually you’ll be in therapy doing the same or similar exercises you need to do to feel the way you want to feel.
